Location plus the airport shuttle service …very convenient! Plus the set up of the bathroom with an extra sink outside the main bathroom, again convenient for the occupants!

The receptionist assisting me in my check in was not hospitable and welcoming, She needs to be trained on good customer service with pleasant and kind attitude because her work is about hospitality. All receptionists should be well trained on smooth interpersonal skill not being rude because we are customers.

The breakfast is great, a wonderful variety of fruit, eggs, bacon, french toast, pastries and more. Large, beautiful eating area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Lots of available parking. Love the elevators which run on the outside of the building.

The room was huge! Perfect location for my trip and very accommodating staff, if needed, but their digital keys work flawlessly, so you might never need them. Staff at the bell desk were super helpful and the shuttle to SNA very convenient. Will definitely plan to stay here for future trips to Orange County!

Perfect place to stay in Costa Mesa, spacious rooms enough for the family along with comfortable beds and clean toilets. The indoor parking also gives you peace of mind for car safety.

Centrally located. The room was huge and very comfortable. The room and entire facility was quite clean and very quiet. The parking was a bit expensive and quoted at check in vs web site. Overall I’d stay here again.

Cleanliness and underground parking. Quite central. Value for money compared with similar hotels in the area and we will definitely stay again when visiting our family.

the staff was welcoming & environment was chill and clean. i was given free water n chocolate + a free coffee at the starbucks bc i was the “guest of the day”. nice i’d stay again.
